[AA] Formative Moments don’t show up if suggestions are filled

If the aspirations panel has filled up formative moment suggestions( I think the max that shows is 5 or 6), if a new one is triggered by doing something a pop up will say that a new formative moment ...

I've moved your post to the feedback section of the forums as this is currently as designed- the max number that will show at a time is 5.

Okay, could it be made so we don't get any more formative moment notifications if it's maxed out? That would make things make a little more sense at least.
