Ability to see Sim's information without mods/Better NPCs

I love that NPC's are implemented into the gameplay, whether it be one random Sim working at a food stall, someone delivering a pizza, and even in Highschool Years, if you delete the original principal, a random NPC will be chosen as the new principal, and the teachers as well.

I know the NPC sims are entirely randomized and spawn so your world isn't just empty, but I would like if there was an option to stop them from spawning. I had a ton of other households in the open world as my "NPCs" so to say (at least 10 or 12 households) and randomized NPC Sims kept spawning, causing my world to lag more than it already does, and they're throwing off the entire vibe of the world.

I would also like to be able to see a Sim's information (like if they have hidden traits like left-handed or right-handed, Teacher, Pizza delivery, etc.) like you can with the Sim Info mod. I think the mod is broken by now with the updates to the game, and I would like to be able to see which Sims have what traits and their code and everything. I think it would also be nice to have a set list of NPC jobs available so people can add those jobs to the Sims they WANT to have those jobs instead of ugly NPCs.
