Accessibility Text to Voice/voiceover

Hi, I've recently been getting my friend into the sims 4, but she has dyslexia and can't read what things say, outside of me helping her and just her trying to use symbols to help it has been a struggle. I was wondering if a narrator or voice over system will be implemented into the same some time soon so that she would be able to hear what each option says and be able to actually play the game. We tried using windows narrator but it stops working once you open up the sims. 

If anyone has any suggestions please say so!
