Accessibility Update

Hello, I am autistic and am losing my vision due to retinitis pigmentosa. I think The Sims 4 is in desperate need of accessibility improvements, the last update about this was in 2019. I don't know who to talk to about this, I have already sent a message to EA but I don't think they have seen it.  It's disappointing, I love The Sims franchise but I don't understand why the game never made improvements in the accessibility features.
