@kisses2kenney621 Yeah the thing with running Sims 4 on Xbox is the processing power as Microsoft told me. I had loads of reliability issues over the years and through help here and from really patient Microsoft Support I put together my little rules for regular game management. I clear all inventories when switching households, I keep library use to a minimum and I keep a check on the number of households in Other Households and regularly clear them out. I also never download from the Gallery as it gave me error codes that wiped everything. It's definitely work, but I'm finally happy with how it's running on Xbox Series X. When it starts to lag I know if I check Other Households it's going to have a load of new random Households in it that need to be culled. For Rent has added a lot more townies and it keeps adding them too.
Thanks for replying about your Family Dynamics being greyed out like mine are, so I know it's not just me.

@simsplayer818 I do still have the dynamics option when I load a saved family from the library, so it sounds like it's hit or miss whether it works the way it's supposed to on console. I have only edited that feature with a played-and-saved family that I reloaded for a new game once, so I might try to experiment with additional households to see whether the issue pops up for me.
Side note, @kisses2kenney621 I had the same problem running TS4 on XB one and it's for sure better ever since I moved up to XB series X. Like simsplayer818 mentioned, XB one doesn't have the best processor unfortunately, so it doesn't play well with spaghetti code games like Sims :/ In a lot of ways I thought the 360 was actually a better system, which irks me on principle lol. (Their support team is fantastic, though, way more helpful and reliable than most tech resources we get to deal with)
