Aging up with added traits option without Bday Cake.

So can there be an option to age up a sim with added traits without a bday cake? I mean some simmers don't choose to celebrate a birthdate like myself and I would like an option to just age up a sim please and thank you.

@Briana2526 I think it should be as easy as it is to age newborns to infants, with a button in the pie menu. I also think it should be on everyone, so that I can age townies at my own pace, and without needing to play them to run the birthday cake interaction. (Although we might need a "are you sure" pop up in case of accidental clicking, lol.)
