apartment shells, workplaces, and hidden lots

As far as accommodations go, we have apartment shells, residential rentals, and tiny living lots. Sims can also live on waterfront properties and penthouses. I'd still like EA to continue improving on the types of lots sims can live and work in. Here are suggestions for additional residential properties, hidden lots, and workplaces.

Apartment shells:

  1. houseboat: brindleton bay is a nice nautical themed world. There is a pier, however, all the boats are decorative and sims are not able to live on a houseboat or yacht. I'd like to see a new, coastal themed residential world with customization apartment shell shaped like a household/yacht.
  2. cruise ship: if there was a hotel themed pack, I'd like to see a hotel or apartment shell shaped like a cruise ship. I'd be perfect for a Carribean themed residential world with waterfront properties.
  3. Caravan: strangerville has decorative caravans. Sims can somewhat make a RV - style house, however, it would be great to have a caravan - shaped tent (outdoor retreat) or a caravan - shaped apartment shell.

Hidden lot

There are a few hidden lots in the game and they aren't too diverse. They mainly allow you to find collectibles by accessing a secret portal. I'd like to see some hidden lots that allow sims to meet and interact with unique creatures/occult sims.

  1. Abandoned mine: leads to the secret world of dwarves, expert craftsman. Will teach sims blacksmithing skill. Rich in metals and crystals.
  2. Fragrant spring: leads to the secret world of fairies and pixies, expert aromatherapists. Will teach sims perfumery skill. Rich in flowers.
  3. Flower filled dell: leads to the secret world of void critters; adorable creatures that can be befriended (cottage living wildlife) or made into familiars (realm of magic). Rich in harvestables.
  4. Mystical valley: leads to the secret world of dragons. If you are able to tame a dragon, it will become a flying mount (realm of magic).

Workplace

Get to work added new active careers, each with their own workplace. Frankly, I'm surprised EA hasn't added more active careers with workplaces. I'd like to see the following:

  1. space station: workplace for re- vamped active astronaut career. I was always upset by the fact that the astronaut career was a rabbithole. Even though sims can build a rocket ship and complete mission on Sixam, it's all a rabbithole. I mean, even after GTW made an alien occult sim, the Sixam hidden lot didn't improve, and the astronaut career didn't improve. Sixam should be made into a destination world, similar to batuu, which spawns aliens, missions, has interactive shells, and has spaceship shaped faction bases.
  2. fire station: workplace for active fire fighter career. Strangerville should have come with an active fire fighter career and custom workplace. Sims can travel to various residential and community lots putting out fires or rescuing cats from trees. There will also be a firepole with custom animations for sims sliding down the pole and running to the fire truck (custom transport).
  3. military base: workplace for re - vamped active military career. Strangerville should have made the military career active. There is a military base, but it's tied to the story mode of strangerville. It's not like sims can visit the base whenever they want after the story is complete.
  4. art gallery: a workplace for the artisan freelance career. The artisan career will be similar to the maker career. It will allow sims to craft unique items (pottery, glassware, and sculptures) using the pottery, glass blowing, and sculpting skills. Sims can hold exhibitions at the art gallery to sell their work (no more flea markets). Sims can also mentor other artisans at the art gallery (like the athlete career).
