Ask for introduction to celebrity from family/friend

Technically this is more of a feature request than a bug report, but it does feel intrusive enough to feel like a bug.  My sim has high relationship & romance with her partner. Her partner's parents...

@bond_with_bees I agree, I find it makes family life difficult with celebrities. If Attempt Introduction didn't fail so much it wouldn't be such a problem. I usually switch to the celebrity household and get them to introduce themselves to the non-celebrity. I had child Sims who couldn't introduce themselves to their famous relatives!
