Curious, has anyone has found a fix or workaround for this issue? This started happening in my legacy save after the Royalty and Legacy update.
My 4th generation has a small business residential lot and I wanted the daughter to visit her parents, which I had been able to do perfectly fine before the update. When I got there she cannot interact with anything or even knock on the front door. It says “customers are not allowed in this area”.
I did make sure to load into the household, not the small business. Also I tried traveling there via the phone and the map but had the issue both times.
Hey, I apparently found a way to fix this... It worked for visiting Sarpong household!
Follow this steps:
1st - Save your game, then go to the world mode... F5
2nd - Switch and go to control/play with the family u wanna visit (the family u having trouble to visit)...
3rd - Go to Construction mode and change the from door (I mean literally sell the one there and put a new one, it can be the same style)
4th - Return to the Play mode and define this new door as the front door.
5th - Go back and switch to play with your Sims again and try to visit that household again...
It worked for me, if u all wanna try this, I recommend!
Then tell me if it worked for u or nah!
