[BH] Customers spawn with low needs

Costumers in a small business with the new EP Businesses & Hobbies, appear in the store with low needs (bladder, hygiene) and pee all over the place, not to mention how they stink up the entire place...

    Hey all, 

    This is by design to add challenge to running a business. If your customers are not using the bathroom you've set up, that would be a bug but that doesn't seem to be the issue reported here. 

    You can also cheat this issue away via disabling world needs, if you're OK with using the "nuclear option". 

    Please feel free to provide your feedback here if you'd like us to revisit this design choice.

I keep getting customers with low needs as well. In one save, I have a lot of stinky customers. In another save, I have a lot of customers who need to use the bathroom as soon as they check into my business. I have yet to have one pee everywhere because the bathrooms aren't too far from the door but it's gotten close when all the toilets were in use.
