[BH] Most customers not entering small business

Hey, so I've been noticing an issue where the majority of my sims small business customers just pay the entry fee and proceed to stand around outside. There are some sims that occasionally come in but most just stand around and i have to manually offer them tatoos for them to come inside. I'd really appreciate help.

    Hi all,

    This is currently by design- Customers arrive at the lot entrance when the business is open and decide if they like to enter or not to enter the business.

    Please feel free to provide your feedback here if you'd like us to revisit this design choice.

    After researching online, I seem to be the only one having this issue. I registered a small business on the new harbor park lot and it's unplayable because sims will walk up to the ticket kiosk, check in, and then walk to the edge of the lot and disappear. I tried removing the kiosk and opening the business through the sign, but when that happens, sims show up at the edge of the lot and then just stand there. They don't come into the building and participate in any of the activities and when I try to call them over, they start leaving/disappearing from the lot. I do not have any CC or mods downloaded either. I would be very appreciative for a solution or insight as to if anyone else has had this problem because its extremely irritating, thank you.

    I watched a YouTuber trying out the pack who mentioned that it’s easier to get customers to come inside and stay inside if you also put the kiosk inside. Preferably place it as far away from the door as is practical, so they don’t turn right around and walk back out.
