[BH] Patrons leaving ceramics around

My sim has gone to Terra Potta a couple of times and it’s usually full of people, however once they’re finished with the pottery wheel, they take their ceramics to the kiln and just leave them there ...

I really don't think obvious game design oversights should be considered "by design". This is obviously not an "intended" function of the game, nobody sat down and said "Now it's time for me to code the pottery store customers so that they half-finish their pottery and then don't take it home and it just sits there and the player can steal it". That's not "by design". It's "how things are", and it's "not a bug", but calling that "by design" is ridiculous.
