Can't order skill books via bookcase or computer
Can't retrieve umbrellas, from umbrella rack
My sims have maxed out handiness and have all upgrade parts needed to upgrade, although game does not recognize and the option is grayed out. Sinks, toilets, and such.
No CC or Mods are used in game play.
