Businesses And Hobbies Disappointment

I cant be the only one thinking this so hear me out!!!! The Sims 4  Brought us Get to Work which was supposed to allow us to join as sim as they go to work every day to complete their tasks and open up businesses that we could run with staff that we could pay and upgrade. Cool. My issue is there were no aspirations for any of these new careers and no way for us to open any of these businesses at home. Then they released Cats and Dogs which came with its own new aspirations and the ability to run a vet clinic. We not have Businesses and Hobbies to which you can now pretty much run any type of small business you want EXCEPT.... a small medical office which I have been waiting for and thought would have came since Get to Work was released. I am so disappointed. If a sim can run a restaurant, retail store, vet clinic, why should a Dr be able to run a small office with staff and the ability to treat patients? Idk maybe someone will see this and  turn it into a patch for a later update.
