[BY DESIGN] [GTW] Nurse stands in room for hours on end and doesn't do anything

In GTW Nurses stand in the room and do not participate. Also there is only ever one nurse.

    It's not. They're basically just chat with patients from time to time but they don't help you out.

I feel they should at least bring the patients coming in to an empty bed to keep the process going a bit 🤷🏼‍♀️ it kinda sucks that they are basically useless.
