Can we get another Newcrest?

Hi, I love everything y'all are doing. The last few patches and packs have been sublime. 

Can we please get a world that's empty like Newcrest? But with a layout like Willowcreek and Oasis Springs? I like how those 2 worlds have lots that face each other. That way, I i can make a subdivision that feels more like a subdivision.

Can the debug buildings look like a 21st century suburb? With a commercial section and residential sections 

I need more space for my several builds. But I don't want them in say, Mt. Komorabi or Ravenwood. Those places have a beautiful distinct styles and I want a blank canvas that allows me build any style.

And thanks for the sage green carpet and salmon carpet in the update. I doubt y'all even know my account and gave us that because little ol' me asked for it on someone else's post, BUT those colors were exactly what I want!

    I just want an empty world high up in the mountains tucked away from the cities.

     15 empty lots and swimmable rivers and lakes for fishing.🙂

    Iceland, Antarctica  or Greenland would be a sweet snowy world fill with scientist, pickled herring and natural springs. Lots of fish so we need to be able to fish in this world.

    I want a empty desert world with a mountain you can climb and make that skill that came with Snowy Escape basegame and maybe even having a secret world like the first few worlds we can explore around, empty or not i want more things to do

    Or a basegame world with a beach so this way you won't have to pay for the pack to have a beach world, maybe a non-tropical beach? (Sulani, Tartosa and Tomarang are all tropical worlds with a beach)

    I do like your ideas and would love it for a business district.  In order to do everything I'd like, it would have to have around the number of lots of Newcrest or more and have about 3 of those lots as 64x64 with some size 50 lots too.  I have always played with the largest size and that is my favorite.  Maybe some cabin areas to the far end or something.

    There are a few worlds that have them already but I think all worlds in Sims 4 should be equal with seasons and swimming/fishing. All rivers/oceans should have the same effect in every world. The DLC is getting stingy with gameplay as the years go on...

    What do you put in those big lots? Big buildings or several buildings? Or a modest building with lots of landscape? That all sounds cute,

    K-bobster​ , I agree this would be a nice addition!  I love playing in Newcrest, especially for houses that are a mix of styles so as not to ruin the vibes of the neighborhoods you mentioned like Ravenwood or Mt. Komorabi, etc , but I am a bit tired of using the same neighborhood for this. 

    I have always seen the line of plots on the right side of Newcrest as the commercial section and the other 2 areas as the residential section.  But you are correct in mentioning that it is strange that the lots don't face each other , and I agree with you that this would be a nice touch! 🤩
