Cannot create a club about horses

Mismatch of packs: Get Together and Horse Ranch
I cannot create a club with any activities that focuses on horses. Not socializing with horses, or training riding skills, or jumps, etc. There are no club options to specify horse related activities. So I'm unable to make a riding club.
