Compost Bin

I noticed there wasn't a composting bin/pile/storage available.   It would have been a fantastic addition to the Eco-Lifestyle DLC. 

Having some sort of pile/storage option to get all the animal "fertilizer" out of your pockets, and a place to toss spoiled food and ingredients so that its available for anyone on the lot to use would also very useful.

With the bug farms from Eco-Lifestyle, add the option to raise worms, collect the "worm tea" as the compost starter, and then boom, fertilizer. 

Adding more depth to it could include the ability to continue take care of it.  Turning it over, adding more worm tea, etc.   The more you take care of it, the higher quality your compost is.    For those that dont want that extra work, then they have a "normal" quality fertilizer.

    Definitely I feel like this could be part of a Gardening Stuff Pack, to supplement the features we've gotten in EPs and the items we've gotten in Kits. Gardening is now such a huge part of the game, you have multiple careers that revolve around or significantly involve it, and there are multiple integrations possible with prior packs. It makes total sense to me to have compost become a part of that too.
