[CD] Dog walking

My sim's dogs are constantly pestering to go for a walk. I swear my sims can take them for a walk and not even an hour or two pass and they're bugging about it again. This is a huge detraction for my sim's having dogs. In the first screenshot you can see that my sims are studying for their University courses. Their dog Ash is NOT neglected and is frequently walked and pampered by both sims. Yet, there he is again. My sims have a fenced in yard with plenty of room for him to go run around, chase people at the fence, potty or play with his toys on the porch. He does play with his toys but everything else is a constant nag. Please make it so that dogs with a yard realize they have one and make use of it more so that their nagging is cut down considerably.
