We should be able to have breast pumps for our sims. Would like more poses to be available to them as well. Doctors appointments for pregnant sims would be awesome and different birthing options.

You can already bottle feed babies so no need for a breast pump.
Regarding Teen moms: EA will never add something that raises the games rating.
If you have Get to Work you can definitely make or download lots like that if you want your sims to shop for food items.
May want to be more specific about clothes to what you want to see because there's a lot of choices in game across packs, specifically for females.
Teen moms is never gonna be a thing as that is very controversy. With the really specific and out there mods for PC you may want to consider getting a PC if you want free range for a lot of things from modders.
You are most likely Not going to get breast pumps in this game. 😔
You'll just have to feed babies more often or let the milk flow and soak your sims shirt or blouse.
