Yes cars patched in as a base game but have all these ideas into one big Expansion pack like L&D.

I agree, maybe the cars itself can be in basegame, i'm sure you can upgrade some things in basegame and even do rabbit-holes, maybe your sim can go to work with the car too

But for more options you have to download the pack (just a thought)
