Daily Login Rewards are Confusing

I already was in hospital for such an amount of time. 

The only saving grace it that a mod can unlock. 

Maybe I'll do that once that stop updating ts4. Mod it so it's playable again. Remove the ads, this, and whatever atrocities they comes up with next. 

All players will get access to this Event by June 13th as part of a phased rollout. There will be no impact to receiving it a bit later as all players will have the full 5 weeks to claim the rewards.

I don't get what you have to do, do you literally just start playing your game and some thing will pop up to say you can claim it? is there some thing on the main menu screen you click on or what?

There is an Event tile on the Main menu that you click, which brings up the Event screen @zollsa Then you click the claim button to claim the item.

Well 5 weeks is not really a lot of time if you cant access a pc all of the time. What about people who are in the Hospital or somewhere they cant take their pc because they dont own a laptop during this time? What about people wo already booked a Vacation and cant access a pc there ? Its not like we got the information about this event so early that peole who really want the items could have planed around it. 

I really dont like this event also. 

First of all, Sims 4 was always a cozy game to me. I could play when i wanted. Now this event is forcing me to be at home and use my computer when EA wants not when i want. Thats really not something i want in my life. 

Next is, because of my health issues i will go go the Hospital in the next weeks. 

So its most likely i wont be able to collect all items anyway. 

Since i am an collector and love to use the gallery but hate if i cant download builds because i dont have certain objects, i always buy all packs. And also buy stuff early to get the pre order items. The situation now is really  going on my nerves, first because i will not be able to claim the items when in the hospital but i will also always need to Look if these items are used in builds i want to download. 

Even througt i always was fair and ordert Packs from EA directly and not in sale because i thougt their work should be paid and i could afford it they are now kicking my Butt by saying : not able to log in during this time ? Well unlucky you. Buy a Laptop then or change what ever keeps you away from this game because we need you to be online when we want it ! Not when it suits you. 

The path that has recently been taken with the sims really makes me regret all the time and money i put into the game and that i always tried to support the people that keep making my favorite game. 

Because obviously they only think about how they can put us under better pressure and squeeze more money out of us, and at the same time the quality of the game seems to be becoming less and less interesting.

Also i dont get why the items are tied to the computer and not the account. 

The game has so much problems recently that i had to reinstall it several Times since last year (whats also often recommendet from Support if you have bigger issues) 

So the items would be gone anyway if i have to reinstall and delete everything or get a new pc. 

I'm in the same boat as you, op and others it's like they say they're listening but yet they aren't like there's simmers all source of media saying the same thing. There's simmers giving ideas and examples of what they expect and it's a totally different pack/kit and when it is a kit its broken, something is missing, or skipped over or rushed I said this in another thread of this forum Veteran Simmers such as us will notice those things and I feel in the last decade that Sims 4 has huge steps back from the previous games and its sad that I  have to say this like a broken record. Also, in previous games we paid less and got more and now it's the opposite. Simmers been asking and begging for cars and burglars the suspense gameplay for now years and... its tiring really. I personally been asking for Preteens as a new life stage other simmers have as well for years now and again its tiring. I personally said if i don't see cars by September which now means the next roadmap and it would be officially ten years, I'll be done with Sims 4.

I have logged in everyday, but the items don't show up on my screen. I tried disabling my mods but it won't let me. I have to keep force closing the game. Please help if you are able. Thank you in advance.
