Erica2769 unfortunately if you wanted to transfer from a PC to a console or from an Xbox to a PS the content doesn't transfer. That's due to them being totally different products which are designed, formatted, licensed and sold by different parties for different platforms. That's not unique to the Sims.
But if you are having technical problems with your game on any platform, check out our technical issues sections on the menu or take a look at our bug section. You could find help there. We report each issue separately and you could get the advice you need to play your game if you've spent a lot of money on it. Good luck.
