Please remove the indoor limit from telescopes

It's literally just extra code no one wants nor needs. No one cares if their game looks ridiculous because sims are stargazing without any sky, because they're the ones who put the **bleep** thing there. All this ridiculous limit does is stop sims from using them on balconies, which is the place everyone wants to put them, and stop them from using them through windows, which like I said we could do in previous games. Why is there extra code like this that's sole purpose is to annoy players, and yet so much they won't bother to code?
