DLC or pack for For Rent

I was a good girl and read all the topics before adding this one. 

I would love to be allowed to put my CAS or select a NPC in rental apartments instead of only suggested tenants. Examples: Some families have a large piece of land where they have a family home then build homes for the children as they grow up. Also like “Sister Wives “ tv show, where they built their homes in a *-de-sac. Don’t want to lock the doors to family members not living in the home but also not have them as “guests”. I saw a show where twins married twins and they lived together having shared, her, his, and couple areas and would love to be able to do this with twins, triplets, quadruplets, whatever my heart desires.  

I imagine I would set up the building like an apartment with the shared (common) areas and each couple's private areas would be set as apartments. The lease time frame will probably need a permanent or open ended option.
