Drink tray as drink tea business activity

Given that we have a base game drink tray and other packs come with drink trays, I would have assumed that these would have been included for the business activity "Drink tea" which is the only one that includes a sub category of drink trays: tea sets. The activity is the same, but drink trays don't work as tea sets. Seems to be more of a genuine oversight rather than a bug, but it is an odd exclusion as tea sets are useable. It would be good to have drink trays functional in business activities, either included with "Drink tea" (which wouldn't make that much sense for the Summer Drink Tray, but the functionality is already there for tea sets so might be an easier way to get that in) or as a new business activity "Use drink tray" or similar.
