Re: Sims 4 error: Failed to launch game

I've been unable to play my game since 8/24/2025 because of an error that says there's an issue on EA's end. I've tried clearing the cache, restarting everything, removing all mods, and externally found cc, but nothing works. Looking at some other discussions, I wonder if it's just my game that's messed up somehow? 

I've emailed EA support but haven't been helped yet by their suggestions as it's things I've already tried. Please help!
