Early graduation w/o HSY

I would really appreciate it if the "graduate early" option for teens was made available for base game, without HSY. I can't see why this couldn't be possible, as from what I understand it only requires an A grade and moderately high skills. It would certainly help with completing university in a more reasonable time frame (before the sim becomes an Adult). It would also help rebalance the ages as it's never made sense that teens are teens for 3 weeks while kids are kids for 2 weeks when IRL you are a teen for LESS time than you are a child.
