[EBN] Ailment Cooldown not adjusted as reported in Patch Notes?
Maybe a bug report, maybe not, depending on the intent of the patch notes.
These notes mention the figures of 1 day to 3 days...but none of the tuning modified in the patch affects anything that "was 1 day" to make it "now 3 days". The wording does say "on average" and is referring to "contagions" but no tuning edited adjusted anything involving those specific timeframes.
The previous timeframe for Contagion was 6 hours (as in, if you interact with someone sick physically, you either get an ailment or a 6 hour cooldown before itneracting can possibly cause an ailment again) and the patch has changed this to 8 hours. This is in buff_Ailments_SpreadFromTouch_Cooldown.
The tuning buff_balancesys_hidden_ailmentcooldown handles how long it can be before Sims are allowed to get an ailment after having one cured- that one is 1 day, and remains 1 day, and was not edited in the patch.
Can someone clarify what the patch notes are trying to say here? All signs point to these "1 day to 3 day" figures being inaccurate or confusingly worded.
