[EBN] Emotional force drained by non fairy specific activities

Ok so it says that Emotional Force is consumed to perform Fairy abilities, but my fairies lose emotional force even when they just talk with another sim or walk so it drains super fast. Like it’s in ...

No mods, just some CAS and Build/Buy CC that have no reason to affect gameplay.

There have been issue caused by cc so please always test without before reporting.

As flauschtrud said, I don't think this is a bug though. Up to Maxis to decide though.
