[EBN] [GRO] Stayover guests getting ailments

The default stayover guests - the ones who call you to initiate a stayover - are pretty consistently getting ailments, because they almost all have negative moods, either sad if they come alone, or angry if they come in a group. I originally reported this while playing a modded save and it got moved to mods and custom content forum, but have verified that it happens in unmodded saves so am re-reporting it.
