I noticed Coast of Adhmor easily could remove more of these fake placeholder houses to allow more lots (up to 5-8 depending on how tricky those placeholder houses' lot sizes are). This could help place commercial lots for the world especially for cross-packs.
It be nice if Everdew squeezed at least 1-2 more lots too and Sprucederry Grove 1-2 more as well.
I think something like this needs to happen in many of the worlds. Too many of them have only one or two empty lots and they tend to be smaller ones (less than the 'average' 20x30). I do families of eight quite often with a butler - so I have few build lots that can be used unless I squeeze each sim's living space to minimal size (I've gotten bathrooms down to 2x2 with shower, toilet, sink, mirror and kitchens down to 2x3 in some cases). More open build lots across the board would be appreciated.
Also, would like to see measurements be accurate - there is a significant difference between a 20x30 lot and a 30x20 lot. It's frustrating to build (or import a house) into a lot and discover that the map is configured so the house is now sideways. Fix the lot sizes so it helps identify if the lot is Long or Wide - especially when dealing with corner lots. I know, this is nit-picking but it sucks when you build a home on a wide lot only to find out that the way the map is set up, the spawn point is along the narrower dimension. Or just make it so the spawn point for any lot, regardless of size, is just off lot directly in front of the designated 'front door.'
I don’t think the reason why we don’t have more lots is the set scenery. They’re not gonna replace the fake lots for real lots. I think this is the number of lots we are getting. It’s been like this for years.
I love it if worlds had a designated commercial area. But I don’t expect that to happen.
