More thought balloons

Thought ballons need to be more frequent and objective. I really miss reactions like when i hurted another sim's feelings, whenever they walked past throught me i'd see a ballon with an sad or angry face over their head.

They could be about momentary things like whims, fears, emotions, sentiments, the objects they're going to interact, etc. 

This would make sims more realistic as we'd see and understand what and how do they think and give another layer to their personalities.
