[EBN] [S] [IL] Cannot turn sims with specific traits into fairies

I guess I'm eating my own words since this was moved to the feedback section instead. I still think the Sulani Mana/Father Winter's Baby sims not being able to be turned by other fairies is an oversight though. In any case, the options to plant the Fairy Seedling and Turn into Fairy are just simply missing, there isn't any message saying, "they can't be turned into a fairy because they are a half-alien/born with this specific trait."
