Excessive and unprompted puking?

Hello! So I have no clue whether this is a bug or not but since I downloaded the nature expansion pack thingy my sims are 24/7 pissing themselves, even RIGHT after they use the toilet. And they are constantly throwing up but no moodlets or anything, I can barely even keep my sims out of the bathroom. Even with having the cheat to make them always happy they are still constantly pissing themselves and throwing up…

its getting a little annoying 😅

Throwing up is from ailments I believe, they seem to constantly throw up while sick.

My sim doesn't throw up but now has the option to do so when I click on the toilet. 😁 I'm not sure if this is now a permanent feature or just because of an ailment she caught.&nbsp;&nbsp;
