A speakeasy type lot for the underground scene, sounds like what they tried to do for R&L Backroom lots. But TBH I don't see what these Backroom lots really do that is any different (besides weird situational outfits).
Sometimes I feel they try to start something, that in theory is a good idea, but falls short on implementation somehow.
Yeah I agree, they definitely drop the ball sometimes in the transition between concept and implementation. Hence why I've felt the need to start posting on here because playing the game I keep seeing all these things that could be added 😅
