As much as I would love seasons I think a University pack would be my first choice. It would add more depth to the teen life stage as they work on going to college and possible add a life stage between teen and young adult where you could go to college. I would be cool with the YA being used also. This could lead into more careers which I know alot of us would love, you could have Law, Education and even something less traditional and become a games designer, media work (this may be in CL but I don't have that pack) and therapist.
Another great addition would be a celebrity/fame pack so you could have careers like dancer/model/actor/bands and of course become a celebrity and all the perks that would come with that. Launch parties and red carpets for example.
Other things that could be in stuff packs, spiral staircases, ponds, more carpets, different sized dining and coffee tables, children inheriting unnatural hair colours, bunk beds, better skin tones, more glass tiles/dividers.. just glass anything because I love it and just nice makeup to suit all skin tones.
