I have astigmatism and also some things trigger vertigo, I can't tolerate flashing images at all as they cause me to blink and involuntarily narrow my eyes. This is unfortunately flashing when I'm in build mode so it's even more distracting. I'm on Xbox Series X. In live mode it's taking up space but it's not flashing until I go to build mode.
It's redundant for me as I clicked it to see what it does when you own all packs and I just get a message box saying "You've seen it all. Check back again soon! In the meantime, be sure to visit the main menu for more pack and kit details". So sadly it's an unnecessary feature taking up space and irritating my eyes.
I've mentioned accessibility before and how it's important to move forward on the issue, unfortunately I feel this is a misstep. Console players won't be able to mod this out either.
I do hope that this will be addressed very quickly indeed. As other players have mentioned, the homepage is full of ads already and that was certainly sufficient, more appealing in it's design and not intrusive in any way for me.
Edit @daikoyu that tip works for me. By toggling off Online Social Features Access it's stopped the cart flashing. I'll just have to lose the Gallery for now until this is resolved. Thanks so much for posting this.

I absolutely agree. In a game where there are already substantial issues and game-breaking bugs that need addressing, a new and invasive way to push for purchases during gameplay is the last thing we needed. Like seriously, this is the feature nobody asked for. As has been mentioned, it's redundant anyway, so what do they even hope to gain? Their remaining loyal player base is only going to dwindle further because this annoying little triggering monstrosity shows such a lack of consideration on all levels.

Exactly it’s disgusting to even add the button when there is already a whole advertisement page whenever you open the game. Making it stop flashing it’s such an excuse-the button needs to go.
