I hate the new button, but have installed a quick mod to fix it in the interim, see the attached. 

Not hard to Install.

1. EA gives us an annoying blinking cart button.
2. We hate it.
3. We meet in the middle, the blinking is gone but the button stays -.-

Maybe it's a test run for Project Rene

This somehow reminds me of the haggle scene from 'The Life of Brian'.
Just what EA does is not funny.
