Forever Friends Event ended early

Unfortunately, the end time for these events seems to be around 9 or 10 am PST on the final day of the event instead of going until midnight. It leads to a lot of confusion and has been a recurring issue for every event. Sorry to hear you uninstall and reinstalled so many times in vain. Hopefully, they’ll make it clearer exactly at what time these events end next time.

I spoke with EA customer support and they confirmed the "Friends Forever" event is supposed to end at 11:59pm PST on November 4th, 2025. However, it is currently 3:11pm PST on November 4th and the event is no longer appearing in my game. It's extremely unfair that I will miss out on event items due to a bug happening on the last day. I was made to believe that I was wrong about the end date, but that's not true! I won't be gaslit into thinking I was tricked when the marketing clearly implied today was the last day of the event. I updated my game to the version released today (11-4-2025) and I have tested this bug with mods turned on and off, but the event tab does not appear. I also logged out and back in to my EA account and still no luck accessing the event. My M1 2020 Mac mini is running Tahoe 26.0.1. Please extend the event several more days to address players encountering this bug.
