I just had this begin yesterday.  I will be trying to troubleshoot it, will let you know if I have any luck!

    I turned off script mods, and the problem went away.  I removed the latest installed script mod, and all is well.  I had this problem for a couple of days, after opening and closing the game several times.  Mods, again!
