[GALLERY] Default sort order changed to most popular

I didn't realise this was a thing that was changed, I thought I'd accidentally changed it. I was so scared, I thought I'd lost all my creations. I definitely think it should go back to most recent as the default, it's better because it's easier for me to pick back up on what I was last working on. I also think it's better for when browsing the gallery because it encourages people to look at new stuff rather than only ever seeing really popular stuff made by influencers.
