Hi @Brianna62 , you can start with a cache clearing to see if that helps. To do so, click on the three dashes in the far-left corner > Help > App Recovery > Clear cache. Then do a game repair in EA app (click on The Sims 4 > Manage > Repair). Let us know how that goes!
