    @Brianna62 Do you own the early incentive bonuses? ‘streat eats content’ and the ‘rockin rancher content’ respectively

I have no CC, and no Mods downloaded into my game on my PC. When I open the gallery so I can place a lot, it tells me that some packs that the uploader used are not purchased. I know I purchased, and just to be sure double checked my account. I spent the time repairing my game, all of the packs and whatnot. Unsure what to do now, but to see if anyone else is experiencing this?

    I am having a similar issue only, due to the event my game broke. I tried various ways to fix it, nothing worked. I deleted my game and game folder to reinstall fresh; and now the EA App says my 74 add-ons are just gone. Talk about panic. Did you check your EA app to see if they are still listed there?
