Game Commerce Suggestion - New GP?

A finance GP would be a great idea to help with the economy side of sims life.

For example, my current lot, we started with 4k and are slowly making money. We want to expand our family and get a bigger home. 

I know I could get loans from friends (or cheat), but it would be great to be able to apply for a loan/credit/mortgage from the bank! It would be a monthly bill calculated against your sims family current earnings. If you are late or dont pay, someone comes and repos something to pay the bill. (how sad would it be if your sofa gets taken because you neglected your bill!) 

I would like this because it would offer a different way to play. We always start from nothing and work up, theres no real mix or deviation from that. But it would be nice to do things in a different path.

It would also be nice to add a get to workplace like a bank, not to mention others, but that would be expanding on the get to work pack (which I really wish you all would add more workplaces, I really love going to work sometimes! It adds a new level of interesting day for sims!)
