[GF] Missing Clutter Item, Eye Makeup

Recently while playing an actor, I get their hair and makeup set up and I noticed this clutter item on the right. 

I attempted to clone it using Better Build Buy and TOOL but the item isn't in the catalogue at all, and cannot be copied.
I saved the room to my Tray instead, and located the clutter within:

 

This item, Eye Makeup Clutter, is fully modeled, includes shadow meshes and even has a price tag on it, indicating that it should be in the game, as debug and live edit items have no price at all.

    I wonder why the team moved it from Bug Reports to feedback. This is so odd. It should be available in BB.

    What I struggle with is that this isn't a debug object, it's just not in the game catalog at all. Regardless if one uses Better Build Buy/TOOL or the **DEBUG** with cheats, it doesn't exist, so you can't even clone it with BBB and save it to a room. It does exist in ClientFullBuild0.package for EP06, so it should be in the game, especially as it has a price, name and even a description!

    I hate it when they mark useable items in the game as debug objects.
