There should be more playable careers

You can work as a restaurant owner and worker multiple ways. In Dine Out EP you can own the restaurant and in business and hobbies you can have restaurant type of setting, just cook the meals and place them on the displays and your customers will buy the food. With the home cheff hustle you can also have restaurant and you can play as the chef who makes the foods. I  built a pizzeria on separate lot with home cheff hustle and my sim works there, she does all the pizzas, cleans cooks etc, serves the customers and the pizzeria works very well. Customers will buy the pizzas from the displays and actually sit and eat at the restaurant. I also made a waffle home type of restaurant with one sim, and she just had that sales table outside her house and she sold the waffles she made and there were lot of customers, worked well for me. I think that some type of restaurant/food selling thing you can also do with business and hobbies EP. I hope this helps you to find a way to play restaurant. But I do like your idea. You could go to that restaurant, start as dishwasher and get promotions to became like the master chef. That would be awesome.
