Happy at home login event
Could you fix the login event rewards to be account unlocks instead of download based on one install on one computer? Would be sad to see them go if you have to reinstall the game or change computer. Thanks.

“Unlocked items are not available on my other computer.
Unlocked items are locally stored in your user folder. You need to copy Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 >userSetting(.ini) from the computer where you unlocked the items to your other computer.
There is currently no solution for XBox/Playstation.

I renamed my user folder and now my rewards are gone
Unlocked items are locally stored in your user folder. You need to copy Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 >userSetting(.ini) from the renamed folder to the new one.
