[HCHSP] Can't use Lactose-Free Batter

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Français
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.101.290.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have Lactose-Free Batter in your inventory or fridge inventory, then, with the "Prepped Ingredients" option checked, try to prepare waffles or any other recipe require batter.
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't cook anything if I don't have batter, even though I have Lactose-Free Batter in inventory. I can't cook any recipe using Lactose-Free Batter. This prepped ingredient is of no use.
What do you expect to see? For my lactose intolerant sims, I want to be able to cook waffles or any other recipe require batter if I have lactose-free liquid batter in my inventory.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

    I also see that there a no, or to few options for using the lactose free batter. As discussed elsewhere on the internet, it would be more logical that al the batter/ milk requiring recipes should have the option to use the lactose free variant and therefore automatically becoming the lactose free variant. In addition, when I look at the recipes, there are quite a lot of meals that should have been lactose free, which aren't.

    I mean, now that we can choose the use fresh produce or pre-prepared items, why not allow a checkbox that says "use lactose free alternatives" and "use meat replacements"?

    For the people that come later to this forum: the lactose free cheese cake in gourmet cooking doesn't show up until you are level 5 gourmet cooking. The lactose free yorkshire pudding is a cottage living meal. So if you only own base game + home chef, you need a bit of levelling to do to just obtain one recipe that allows you to use the batter. Whereas making the lactose free batter is level 1 cooking. 😕

    Yeah, you can only use it for recipes already labeled lactose free, which is SUPER limiting. I really wish they made it so you can just substitute it for any recipe that uses batter. It's already pretty sad that there's only, like, ONE lactose free recipe you can add birthday candles to ☹️
