Horse Boarding

Here are two fun and challenging ideas to make money and increase interactions as a rancher:

Horse Boarding: NPCs could board their horses on the active household's ranch for care and pay a weekly fee for it. The horse remains in the possession of the NPC. The active Sim ensures that it is cared for. The NPCs could check in on the horse from time to time. If a need of the horse is not well met ("poor"), the owner angrily pick up their horses and leave. 

Horse Training: NPCs could board their horses for training. The active Sim household receives an assignment from the NPC (e.g. reaching Endurance Level 4 or a gold medal in a jumping competition) and an amount of money. The horse remains in the possession of the NPC. During the assignment, the active Sim ensures that it is cared for and trains the horse on his ranch. He may even only have a certain amount of time available for this. If the horse's needs are not well met ("poor"), the owner angrily pick up their horses again and leave. If the assignment-goals are not achieved (on time), the Sims are angry and pay nothing or less than agreed. After the task is completed, the horse disappears from the ranch.
